1. Pre-requisites for Boiler Upgrade Scheme
Anyone who lives in England and Wales is eligible for Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), as long as your property covers below pre-requisites. As very first step, ensure you tick below requirement:
A current energy performance certificate (EPC), with no outstanding recommendations for loft or cavity wall insulation
